The Walls We Build

Why do we choose mediocrity over excellence?

Why is it easier to settle for less?

Why do we hide behind an inferiority complex instead of confronting our fears?

Why blame the world for our misfortunes when we can take responsibility for our own growth?

Why create time for excuses when we could use that time to become better?

Why doubt our ability to think when we are capable of thinking beyond limits?

Why allow fear to occupy our minds?

Why procrastinate when all we need to do is start?

Why choose to be late when time is the one thing we can never get back?

Why remain trapped in our comfort zones when everything we seek lies beyond them?

Why can't we see beyond the skies, knowing they are only another layer waiting to be explored?

Why be afraid of failure when we haven't even begun?

Why chase perfection when our flaws are what make us beautifully human?

Why surround ourselves with negative energy when we have the courage to walk away?

Why stay in sadness when you can find joy in being someone's reason to smile?

Why speak only to feel important when silence can sometimes hold the greatest wisdom?

Why create obstacles where none exist?

Why underestimate our potential when we have not yet discovered what we are capable of?

Why look for reasons to remain the same when growth is waiting for us?

Perhaps the real question is not why we remain,

but when we will choose to change.
